Classic Amethyst Votive

Kathryn McCoy began her career in the fashion industry in New York's Garment District before shifting her focus to natural stone. The votive was the first product she made, and it remains the signature of what is now the Kathryn McCoy Home Decor Collection, in business since 1992.

She works with Brazilian quartz crystals across a range of natural stone varieties, including amethyst, clear quartz, smoky quartz, selenite, and citrine. In her words, the goal is to take pure, natural stone and create beautiful, seductive pieces of art. Everything is handmade in the USA. Every piece is one of a kind.

The Kathryn McCoy collection has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and Veranda. The amethyst votive is where it started, and it is still one of the most considered things in the room.
